Junior Coaches

The Junior Coach program is made up of 4^th and 5^th grade students who are exemplar models of the 4Bs at Colina: Be Respectful, Be Responsible, Be Safe, Be Kind. Our Junior Coaches support our younger students on the playground with recess rich behaviors. Often times, Junior Coaches will help students solve conflicts using Ro-Sham-Bo (rock, paper, scissors), introducing new games and helping students find their way. Junior Coaches can be spotted on the playground wearing their purple jerseys and smiles! Students love getting to create this special bond with a peer mentors and learn how to be a Cool Coyote.
